Operations and Technology Citi Operations provides the operating infrastructure and support to products at Citi. Operations are key partners with the business. Operations and Technology are heavily involved in product design, sale and delivery across all business divisions.

Human Resources We provide the strategies, tools, policies, processes so that an organisation like Citi can best manage its people. In doing this, we work with Management to develop programs relevant to attract the right talent, drive employee performance, engagement and retention, reward and recognise employee contributions. We are an advisor for Employees and Managers, with regards to their employment life-cycle, terms and conditions, and benefits of their employment with Citi.

Compliance Compliance is an independent function which consists of 3 divisions, Consumer, Institutional and Anti Money Laundering. Through monitoring, supervision and training Compliance help the business comply with Australian laws and regulations, US Laws and regulations, ethical standards, policies and procedures.

Finance Citi's Finance department comprises of 5 core functional families, Controller, Treasury, Tax, Planning and Analysis and Strategy MandA. The team is responsible for planning, analysis, budgeting, reengineering, advisory and forecasting and for the organisation locally in Australia and New Zealand.

Corporate Affairs Corporate Affairs is responsible for managing the reputation of Citi in Australia. This includes providing strategic public relations, media relations, internal communications, events and issues management support across all businesses - including product areas such as Credit Cards, Global Markets, Investment Banking, Mortgages and Transaction Services and support functions such as Human Resources and Operations and Technology.
