Our program

Citi Australia’s Management Associate Program is a two year rotational development program designed for high potential individuals with identified leadership and management potential who seek to accelerate their career in the Banking and Finance sector.

The Program aims to accelerate professional development through structured rotations and stretch assignments in various functions and projects thereby developing a strong understanding of the business, markets, products, services and culture.

It also offers a combination of on-the-job training, mentoring and exposure to senior leaders the opportunity to attend specific training programs as identified through your development needs.

Upon successful completion of the program, Management Associates typically take on a challenging role based on their strengths and interests as well as the needs of the business.

The MA Program Australia will be based at our Sydney office.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for high performing individuals with superior leadership and management promise. You need to be university qualified with proven corporate experience, a passion to learn, strong business acumen skills, and a willingness to take ownership. A typical candidate would have:

• An Undergraduate and / or Post Graduate Degree with majors in Finance and/or Economics or other disciplines such as Engineering, Marketing and Double Degree etc and strong academic results
• Practical experience in a corporate environment
• Superior analytical skills and strategic and financial capabilities
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
