Performance Reward @ Citi

At Citi we strive for a high performance culture, in addition to a review of salary, Citi employees are eligible to participate in a variable reward program. All variable reward programs have been designed to clearly link variable pay to an individual's contribution towards department, divisional and company performance.

Equity @ Citi

Employees are asked to “think” and “act” like owners of Citi, to this end, eligible employees may also participate in one or more of the Company's equity/share programs. Details of all equity programs are provided in a Prospectus and our programs can vary from year to year.

All services provided are paid for by Citi.
  • The Citi Financial Health Day provides all Citi employees with up to eight hours of leave to attend to their personal finances or to improve their financial knowledge and skills.
  • Citi ensures that all employees have Salary Continuance and Death and Total Permanent Disability Insurance through company-paid premiums.
